Bouchon Bakery is a great grab-and-go spot if you need a quick but satisfying bite in Vegas. I had a turkey baguette, a pistachio macaron, and a mocha—everything was great, and the portions were no joke. I was so full I couldn’t even finish it all. There’s no seating, so it’s perfect for grabbing something handy while playing in the casino. That mocha definitely kept me wide awake—no need to rely on sheer luck when caffeine has your back! Coffee tasted like your average, so it’s not bad. The true artistry behind Thomas Keller’s work is evident in every bite. The dough of the bread was exceptional, and the macaron was so good it had a similar quality to Laduree and Pierre Herme. Everything was incredibly fresh, showcasing the mastery behind each creation.

There are a lot of options to choose from. I ended up getting at Hot Ham and Cheese Baguette. Very good quality and filling. Of course prices are ridiculous, but it has Thomas Keller’s name and it’s in Vegas so it’s expected. I look at it as a cheaper option to say you’ve eaten at a Thomas Keller establishment. Long line but service moved pretty fast. I recommend for a quick bite.

The pastries were flaky and delicious! Can't go wrong with anything here, everything we ordered were super yummy. I really like the ham egg cheese croissant and the kouign aman.

Takeout cafe and pastries spot. By the way, it’s from Thomas Keller! Need we say more....just awesome pastries sandwiches and coffees. Must visit if you’re in the area. You’ll never go the Starbucks again.

Take out only- no where to sit. BUT, our favorite bakery in Las Vegas. The pastries are excellent. We had a breakfast sandwich, almond croissant, cream cheese danish and the chia seed fruit yogurt cup. I could eat here every morning and be perfectly happy.

Tucked behind a set of escalators it's not hard to miss. For the number of recs I've gotten about this place I was a bit disappointed by the limited selection. The experience is rushed. The bread itself was delicious. There is no place to sit and it doesn't give off a cute bakery ambience but it's worth stopping by for a quick bite.

Bouchon Bakery is a top notch bakery in LV. We had the chocolate almond croissant, cream cheese danish, vanilla and salted caramel macarons. I like really sweet pastries and my wife doesn’t. These were neither too sweet or bland, so it worked out great. Highly recommended.

During our stay at the Venetian over the Christmas holiday, we picked up a few pastry items from here for breakfast. I absolutely loved their Kouign-Amann—it was perfectly moist with a delightful buttery flavor. My favorite, though, was the Tarte Flambe. Served warm, the combination of goat cheese and caramelized onions created such incredible savory flavors. Staff were very kind and helpful.
